No Play Today :-(

I've woken up each day for the last 6 days with a stiff/sore neck and back. I'm not sure what's causing it but it's getting the best of me today...I'm so over it. I've tried redlight, ibuprofen, hot showers, heating pad, ice, etc. and nothing is helping and now it's starting to give me a BAD headache. It may be time for me to see a doctor but wondering who to see: chiro, MD, etc.
